Welcome to Digital Aura World (https://digitalauraworld.com). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or onboarding as a client, you agree to comply with and be strictly bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Digital Aura World operates as a specialized paid media management agency. Our core services are strictly limited to setup, optimization, and management for:
Meta Ads (Meta Business Suite)
Google Ads (PPC, Search, and Display)
LinkedIn Ads (B2B Lead Generation)
We do not provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO), organic social media management, website development, or hosting maintenance unless explicitly stated in a separate custom contract.
2. Niche & Territorial Exclusivity
We operate on an elite model of strict market exclusivity (One Niche, One Territory, One Client).
This exclusivity is only locked and secured once the upfront invoice is paid in full.
Digital Aura World reserves the right to pitch and partner with your direct competitors if your account becomes inactive, or if payments are delayed.
3. Strict Advance Payment Policy
Digital Aura World strictly operates on a 100% Upfront Advance Payment Model.
No Trial Without Payment: Our 30-day introductory ad management trial requires a non-refundable upfront payment of ₹4,999. No strategy planning, pixel setup, or campaign creation will begin until this fee is cleared.
Monthly Retainer: Post-trial, the standard monthly retainer of ₹15,000 must be paid in full at the start of each billing cycle.
Immediate Pause: If an invoice remains unpaid on the due date, all active ad management operations and campaign monitoring will be paused immediately. Digital Aura World is not responsible for any drop in ad performance or leads due to such pauses.
Ad Spend Separation: All advertising budgets (ad spend) are paid directly by the client to the respective ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) via the client's own credit/debit cards. Ad spend is completely separate from our agency management fees.
4. Client Account Access & Assets
The client is solely responsible for providing secure, administrative access to their Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Delays from the client's end in providing account access or necessary brand assets (logos, images, video creatives) will not extend or pause the prepaid billing cycle.
5. Absolute Limitation of Liability & No Liability for Losses
Under no circumstances shall Digital Aura World, its founder, employees, or partners be held liable for any financial losses, revenue drops, loss of profits, business interruptions, data loss, or damages incurred by the client—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising out of or in connection with our advertising campaigns.
Furthermore, we are strictly service providers and hold zero liability for:
Temporary or permanent ad account bans, suspensions, or restrictions by Meta, Google, or LinkedIn.
Rejection of ad creatives due to platform policy violations.
Any technical or algorithmic glitches on third-party advertising networks.
6. No Financial Guarantees
Paid advertising involves inherent market risks, shifting consumer behavior, and platform competition. Digital Aura World delivers professional optimization and strategy, but we offer absolutely zero guarantees regarding specific sales figures, lead counts, revenue targets, or positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). All ad budgets are deployed entirely at the client's own financial risk.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a 7-day written notice. Because our services are prepaid and resource-intensive, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances for partial months, setup fees, or completed campaign work.
